She has actively worked with schools, businesses, non-profit organizations, and foreign companies for over 20 years to help them grow and achieve success. She has worked in the Blue Collar and Home Services industry for almost 10 years, focusing on driving business growth through Customer Experience and Sales Development. She supports teams by helping them see the details of the customer journey and provides effective solutions for booking calls, solidifying relationships, increasing sales, and delivering value.

Geovanny Leonor has over 13 years of experience in customer service and account management roles, he has built a career on delivering excellence and driving results. During his time at T-Mobile, he managed the complex government account for the State of Tennessee, becoming a key player in its ongoing success. His dedication to delivering top-tier service and solutions earned him the prestigious Employee of the Year award in 2023.
